Free 1 Year Trial Terms and Conditions:
The FREE adventure promotion that we offer is a 1 year trial offer. It is our hope that you will be entirely satisfied with the results we get for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results and do not wish to continue using our service after your 1 year trial, you don't have to do anything further. Your listing will be automatically removed. If however, you want to continue your listing after the 1 year FREE trial, please contact us to continue your listing for a low $25.00/mo or contact us for our banner placement program.

Earth Friendly and/or Christian Organizations:
If you are an Environmentally Conscious and/or a Christian Organization, you will have to provide to us proof that your organization is Environmentally Conscious or a Christian Organization. You can either send us your company brochure via fax (403-283-5972) or mail (Suite 420 - 1408, 17th Street S.E., Calgary Alberta, T2G 5S8) or send us your website link showing us where you testify to your involvement in either or any recognitions you may have. If you are a Christian Organization, please also provide us with your statement of faith. We will NOT list you under either of these classifications unless you provide the above requirements. If you need more clarification on this, please contact us.

Payment Methods:

A. All payments are to be made by Credit Card. We will NOT accept any other forms of payments (Checks, Money Order, Bill Payments, etc.) We will provide you with payment information via email if you choose to continue your listing.

OR

B. Banner placement program, your company can stay on AdventuresAlberta.com by placing one of our banners on your main index page of your website. This program is at no cost to you, but requires your willingness to advertise for us on your website. Contact us to discuss your banner options.

Approval of Your Listing:
For your submission to be approved, your adventure company has to meet all of the following requirements.

1. Your company must be located in Alberta. We also accept companies from British Columbia that have operations within a days drive from Alberta. If you are not located in either if these locations, your submission will be disqualified.

2. Only Adventure Travel companies are qualified to be listed in the site. Hotels, restaurants, bars, retail stores will not be qualified for the adventure travel section, but can be on the links page. Click here to view the links page.

3. You can only submit your company ONCE. If you try submitting your company again after the FREE trial period has expired, your submission will be rejected. If you however want to continue your paid listing after the trial period has expired, please contact us regarding your listing.

Viewing Your Listing Upon Approval:
After your listing has been approved, we will notify you via email. AdventuresAlberta.com will NOT be held reliable for any misinformation posted on the AdventuresAlberta.com web site that was provided by the outfitter.
